Warranty
All items come with a 1-month warranty.
If a product is defective upon arrival or develops a fault under normal use, please contact us.

Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of defects.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The issue must be reported within the warranty period
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse

Non-returnable situations:
- Change of mind
- Extensive use after delivery
- Damage caused by improper use

Process
If you experience any issue, contact us first with a clear description (and photos/videos if possible).
We will review the case and provide a solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

- Replacement (if available)
- Partial or full refund

Shipping
Return shipping costs may be covered in case of confirmed defects.

Important
We sell used gear. Minor cosmetic wear is normal and not considered a defect.
