By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

Products
We sell used guitar pedals and gear.
All items are tested, cleaned, and in full working condition unless stated otherwise.

Condition & Expectations
All products are sold as shown in the photos (“what you see is what you get”).
Used items may show cosmetic wear.

Warranty
We provide a 1-month warranty on all products.
If an item is defective upon arrival or stops working under normal use, we offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of defects.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Used or damaged items after delivery are not eligible for return.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via PostNL with tracking.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or improper use of products.

Pricing & VAT
All prices are based on the Dutch margin scheme (margeregeling).
VAT is not separately stated on invoices.
